Kayla Lumpkin is the Policy Associate for Local Economic Development and Housing Market Affordability at the JPMorgan Chase PolicyCenter. Prior to joining the PolicyCenter, she supported policy development, program management, and advocacy efforts at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, the Housing Initiative at Penn, Detroit Future City, and Quicken Loans. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in Comparative Political, Economic, and Social Systems from George Washington University and a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
