Brianna McCain is the Senior Associate for Careers & Skills at the JPMorgan Chase PolicyCenter where she also contributes to the Economic Security Net and Second Chance portfolios. She leverages cross-firm resources to develop and advance policy proposals that eliminate barriers to inclusive economic growth. Brianna joined the PolicyCenter after working at National Skills Coalition and Advance CTE. In her previous roles, Brianna engaged in policy development, technical assistance, and advocacy to advance education and workforce policies. A native of Saint Louis, MO, Brianna is a graduate of Washington University in Saint Louis where she earned her Master of Social Work and bachelor’s degree.
