JPMorganChase has the largest branch network in the country, employing 40,000+ people across 48 states.

In 2024, the bank opened its second branch in D.C. focused on serving Deaf and hard of hearing customers. Since 2018, Chase has opened 114 branches throughout the Greater Washington region, with a plan to add 50 more and about 500 employees in the region by 2027.
