The first half is virtual, followed by an invitation for teams to present live, in person, to JPMorganChase business representatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about our internship programs, in particular:

Desired qualities

We’re seeking college sophomores studying in the United States who are interested in our Corporate Functions Early Careers programs. Participants are motivated, clear communicators, and analytical thinkers. If you are curious, focused, enjoy collaboration, and like solving new challenges, this is the opportunity for you.

Key skills

We value strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments. The ideal participant is proactive, responsive, and excels in fast-paced, collaborative settings. Effective time management, prioritization, and communication skills are essential. We are especially interested in students considering full-time opportunities in Columbus, OH, or Newark/Wilmington, DE after graduation.

Introduction

Over three months, you’ll attend virtual sessions designed to build your skills and introduce you to JPMorganChase. Each participant is assigned two mentors for guidance throughout the competition.
