Key skills

You should have a basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting, and variance analysis. On-the-job experience

You’ll spend the summer working with a team on various initiatives that drive key business results, such as preparing external reporting to meet requirements, gathering internal and external data, financial budgeting, or forecasting.

Training

The program begins with a one-day orientation. You’ll then have access to various senior executives via our speaker events, mentors, and training programs to increase your technical and soft skills.

Career progression

After completing the program, highly motivated analysts may be offered an opportunity for a continued employment with the firm.
