Design Development Program Internship

During your summer internship, you will have the opportunity to design and redesign product experiences under the guidance and direction of user experience leads, participate in user research to better understand user needs and behaviors, and engage in usability testing.

You’ll focus on ideation and prototyping to explore different design options, landing on unexpected solutions.

Valued qualities

We’re looking for passionate, dynamic, and motivated individuals with applicable undergraduate majors and an interest in user experience design, interaction design, or user research.

We are looking for people who are open to collaborating with others and demonstrate excellent teamwork skills.

Key skills

We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate early development in adjacent skills such as user research, UX writing, and prototyping.

Learn and develop your skill set in user design or user research as a member of our Experience Design team.

This summer internship will guide you as you create dynamic visual solutions, research the needs of our users, and drive design thinking on matters that add value to our business and have real-life impact on our customers.

On-the-job experience

From the start, you’ll have the support you need to succeed. Dive head-first and gain hands-on experience creating innovative solutions that make a difference for our customers, clients, and employees.

Our managers receive extensive training on how to help interns make the most of their program. You’ll have clear priorities and frequent check-ins throughout the internship to make sure you’re achieving your goals.

Interns are encouraged to take time to explore, shadowing other teams and networking with various people. We offer social events and other activities in our business resource groups to help you expand your professional network across our lines of business.

Training

You'll work on teams with peers and experienced designers and researchers to grow your skills, share ideas, and innovate with our technology community all over the world. We provide deeper insight into what it means to work here through networking events, senior speaker sessions, and peer mentorship programs.

Career Progression

Those who successfully complete the program may be offered a position in our full-time Design Development Program.
