We’re looking for individuals who understand the basics of adjacent skills, such as user research, UX writing, and prototyping.
Qualified candidates display foundational communication and presentation skills, and can justify their design decisions.
In this full-time position as a UI/UX Designer or Researcher, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop your career, and gain new skills. During your time in the program, you will grow with support from your peers, managers, mentors, and program managers.
This two-year program will support new UI/UX talent by providing a welcoming and diverse environment to learn and grow in the financial technology space. You will contribute to meaningful projects, develop your business acumen, and make fulfilling connections with our team members.
You’ll begin with an orientation at one of our main offices. Over the course of the program, you’ll have access to professional and leadership development training, networking, business deep dives, and one-on-one mentorship.
After successfully completing the full-time program, highly motivated analysts have the opportunity to move into full-time associate positions.

Conceptualize, structure, and detail our offerings (services, products, and features) within the context of a broader user journey.
Develop plans and conduct research to identify the wants, needs, and abilities of customers and end users, and translate those insights into recommendations for everything from experience strategies to detailed product design.
Before joining the Design Development Program, my experience was in Fashion Design and the Service Industry. In 2020, the Service Industry experienced major changes, and I knew it was my time to make a change as well. I wanted to use my experience in design and aesthetics to break into a new field and found my way to the user experience space. I’m now using my talent as a design analyst to benefit our Chase Small Business Owners. I partner with our internal product and marketing teams to ensure our product meets the needs of our customers and that their experience is always kept top of mind.
