Alexa

With a graphic designer for a mom and an engineer for a dad, I grew up with a love for both creativity and technology. UX design felt like the perfect intersection of those two worlds, letting me blend my technical skills with my artistic side.

What's made my experience here at JPMorganChase truly special is my team. I started as an intern for two summers, and fun fact: I'm now full-time on the same team! I've always felt supported and encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. I'm also encouraged to get involved in community events and internal company organizations outside of my day-to-day work, which has made the experience feel even more well-rounded.

I'm now using my skills as a design analyst to benefit our Financial Crimes Investigators. I partner with our internal product and tech teams to ensure our product meets the needs of our customers and the business.
