Expansion to include the hiring of more than 100 new employees to help serve the rapidly growing business community north of Dallas

JPMorganChase is building out new banking teams and leasing 41,000 square feet of space in the new Tower at Hall Park in Frisco to serve clients who live and work north of the city.
The new office at 6605 Warren Parkway will be home to 120 JPMorganChase bankers working in the firm’s Commercial Banking, Private Bank and Select Wealth Management businesses. Those teams are scheduled to take occupancy of the new space in early 2028.
The new office will feature J.P. Morgan signage on the 16-story building, providing prominent visibility - much like the bank’s signage downtown with its offices at 1900 N Akard.
“This expansion gives us a strategic base in a rapidly growing economic hub, giving our local clients full access to everything we can do for them,” said Graham Perry, Plano and Frisco Market Executive for Commercial Banking at J.P. Morgan. “JPMorganChase has been part of Dallas-Fort Worth for more than 150 years, and this office will help us continue to support the businesses and families driving the region forward.”
The office will include a sophisticated Client Center offering a comfortable, convenient and private location for bankers to meet clients over a latte or lunch.
In addition to the Client Center, JPMorganChase’s new office will include:

JPMorganChase’s largest concentration of local workers is the 13,000 people who work at its Plano campus in Legacy West, which is about three miles from the Tower at Hall Park. The bank also has about 560 employees who work at 1900 N. Akard in Downtown Dallas. JPMorganChase has more than 17,000 employees in Dallas-Fort Worth and about 32,000 statewide.
