New York, June 14, 2016 – JPMorgan Chase today announced that Matt Kane has been named CEO of Commerce Solutions reporting to Gordon Smith, CEO of Consumer & Community Banking. He will relocate to Dallas, where the business is based, and join the Consumer & Community Banking Leadership Team.

I am glad Mike Passilla will continue to play a key leadership role in the business working with Matt and the Commerce leadership team. I'm thankful to him for the success Commerce has had for the past three years.
