JPMorgan Chase Declares Preferred Stock Dividend
New York– November 14, 2014
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) declared dividends on the outstanding shares of the following preferred stock issue:
- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series V in the amount of $280.5555556 per share (which is equivalent to $28.0555556 per related Depositary Share). The dividend is payable January 1, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2014.
The dividend payment date for the Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series V is Thursday, January 1, 2015, and the dividend will be paid on January 2, 2015.
