Felicity: We encourage them to spend four hours per week on their Force for Good project. And actually go into a meeting room and have a development time blocked where they will work together.

Christopher: The most advantageous thing about Force for Good is getting to work with charity clients outside of the firm.

Jon: Whizz-Kidz is a charity for young disabled children. And, in our case, they've helped us build a digital passport which allows our young people to engage our services more easily and allows us to monitor the impact our services are having on them over a period of time.

Emma: Throughout the first month of interacting with a charity it was kind of exclusively just talking. It was really, really important to understand what they needed.

Jon: What we did together is we outlined the problem, understanding the impact our services have on the young people but you also have to understand how you could them transfer that into a technical solution.

Emma: We've taken elements of the Agile methodology where we have sprints and we have storyboarding and that's allowed us to effectively utilize our time.

Selva: Week over week we were getting to be more comfortable with each other. And what I personally enjoy is watching them grow.

Christopher: It's really nice showing the clients the final platform because it was really clear how important they found it and how much of an impact it would have on the users.

Christopher: We actually got a user to test it and they really enjoyed the platform and they saw it having lots of potential.

Felicity: It's really fascinating to watch our technology graduates take away so much from what they've learned from the Force for Good program.

Felicity: At the end of the Force for Good program, we launch a project showcase event where all of the teams come together in a given market and they share their Force for Good journey throughout the last eight months.

Christopher: We worked with Whizz-Kidz to build them a platform that would allow users to shape the service they receive and Whizz-Kidz to analyze and improve the outcomes.

Emma: Over the course of the Force for Good project, I've learned a lot of things about working with a team of people. And how to collaborate and how to make the most out of a team in the most efficient way.

Adam: I feel that I'm a force for good. This is my second year on a Force for Good project. Nice to see that it's, ah, exceeded my expectations again.

Jon: Working with the Force for Good team was absolutely fantastic. There's no program like this that I'm aware of and the work they do for charities is, is, well, it's just life changing.
