Overview


JPMorgan Chase has long been dedicated to advancing and empowering people with disabilities of all forms. In 2016, we formalized our commitment through the creation of the Office of Disability Inclusion (ODI).

ODI drives initiatives worldwide and provides strategic direction with a focus on four areas: Attitude, Accessibility, Accommodations and Assimilation.
