Advancing Career Opportunities for Hispanic and Latino Talent
We are committed to increasing access to opportunities and career pathways for Hispanic and Latino professionals, at all levels. To that end, we are expanding external partnerships and recruiting efforts, while developing resources that promote internal advancement and mobility. Additionally, we are working with Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) and organizations to deepen campus relationships, increase student internships and empower future community leaders.
Fellowship Program
The Fellowship Program is a six-week paid, full-time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan Chase offices. The Fellowship Program is designed to attract undergraduate sophomores who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry.
