As Vice President of Executive Engagement & Strategic Operations at the JPMorganChase Center for Geopolitics, Josie leads the Center’s engagement strategy, connecting geopolitical expertise with senior firm leadership and clients through strategic briefings, events, and advisory initiatives. She also oversees the Center’s network of external advisors and partners, driving cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence across the firm.
Prior to her current role in the Center for Geopolitics, Josie supported former JPMorganChase Vice Chairman Peter Scher.
Before joining JPMorganChase, Josie served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at the Hoover Institution. While there, she led executive operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level engagement with leaders across business, government, academia, and the nonprofit sector.
