Amalia Bersin

Amalia Bersin is a Vice President at the Center for Geopolitics at JPMorganChase, where she provides geopolitical insight and foreign policy analysis to the firm’s clients and leadership.

Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Amalia spent nearly a decade at the Central Intelligence Agency as an analyst and manager, focusing primarily on Africa, China, and the Middle East.

Amalia also previously served as a Director for African Affairs at the National Security Council, where she advised the president and White House leadership on U.S. policy in the region.

Amalia holds an AB in social studies from Harvard University, from which she graduated magna cum laude. She is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
