Inside the program

You will develop your analytical, technical, and leadership skills while gaining hands-on project management experience in your role. You will work with seasoned managers in your location and have exposure to global teams across all areas of Securities Services. The full-time program also gives you the opportunity to experience business trips in an office outside of your base location.

Additionally, you will have regular engagement and networking opportunities with business leaders, the Analyst & Associate Development Council, and council members. You also have the support of a sponsor, program manager, as well as your direct manager.

You will be working with teams across multiple lines of business in many different countries, so strong communication skills are a must. You also will need the ability to collect and synthesize large amounts of detailed information and use it to propose and deliver innovative solutions. We want people who value continuous learning and look forward to opportunities that challenge them to grow.

In this program, you’ll get an in-depth look into one of the business areas of Securities Services, while gaining exposure to the full end-to-end business.

On-the-job experience

You'll work with experienced managers and team members on priority initiatives that span across all aspects of Securities Services. You will have the opportunity to work across business areas within the Commercial and Investment Bank and colleagues around the globe.

Training

As a summer intern, curated programming will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the business and access to all of our Securities Services University courses.

As a full-time analyst, you will cultivate and hone new skills through an ongoing training curriculum and program analysts will participate in a two-week bootcamp in New York.  You will have the unique opportunity to participate in leadership trainings designed for your analyst class.

Career progression

Upon successful completion of the summer program, top performing interns may receive an offer to join our full-time Securities Services Leadership Program.

At the conclusion of that two-and-a-half years program, we will work with you to identify a permanent role within Securities Services.
