Spring Insights

Over the course of this immersive experience, you will gain an in-depth insight into our businesses, experience our inclusive culture, and get the chance to put your skills and learning into practice through a range of collaborative activities and sessions.

You'll find out what it's like to work in our business and hear first-hand about the responsibilities and workdays of everyone from analysts to managing directors. You'll discover just how deep our commitment is to our communities and employees, and how we're constantly innovating to meet their needs. We'll also help you improve your skills through a variety of sessions and give you time to network with each other and our business leaders.

If you’re planning to start your full-time career in two years’ time, Spring Insights gives you the chance to take a closer look at where your skills, interests and ambitions could take you at JPMorganChase.

Spring Insights gives you the opportunity to learn more about JPMorganChase through a pathway that reflects your interests and the type of work you may want to explore.

You’ll take part in a mix of information sessions, networking opportunities, skills-based activities and simulated work experiences. The programme is designed to balance a broad introduction to the firm with more focused, pathway-specific content, so you can better understand how different teams work and where your skills could be applied.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet employees, hear about their career journeys, and build your understanding of the routes available after Spring Insights. Each pathway is designed to connect students to relevant internship, graduate programme and hiring pipelines.

On-the-job experience

You’ll experience the kind of work, thinking and collaboration that takes place across your chosen pathway. Through interactive sessions and practical activities, you’ll get a better sense of how teams approach real business challenges and how different roles contribute to the firm.

Training

You’ll develop professional skills that can support you throughout your career, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving and commercial awareness. You’ll also build a stronger understanding of the skills most relevant to your chosen pathway.
