On-the-job experience
You’ll embark on a dynamic journey through three diverse rotations, each offering a unique perspective on the world of payments. You'll have the opportunity to delve into areas such as product development, design, trading, and relationship building, while collaborating with global clients across a variety of industries. By the end of the program, you'll emerge with a comprehensive and well-rounded understanding of the top merchant acquirer in the United States equipped with the skills and insights to excel in your career.
Training
You’ll complete three weeks of in-depth training focused on our various products, as well as technical skillset training, before launching into three eight-month rotations. This supportive environment complements on-the-job instruction, guided by managers and mentors. You’ll also continue your development in the program through ongoing assigned trainings over the course of the two years.
Career Progression
High-performing participants are well-positioned for promotional advancement following completion of the program. Additionally, this opportunity prepares participants for success in the long term, helping to advance careers to the next level in Payments and beyond.
