Your responsibilities will vary based on your location and team assignment. You’ll help deliver key solutions to our clients in coordination with other teams. In addition, you will gain exposure to senior leaders and receive best-in-class training as part of a broader analyst community.

You will make an impact in a specific Operations area, which could include payments, trading services, lending services, client management, and many others. Some examples of the impact you will make are helping to manage the end-to-end client onboarding experience, coordinating with clients, be responsible for processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of products, or Data Analytics and Reporting support for operational functions, helping support a trading desk by booking trades, tracking profits & losses, and monitoring overall asset health.

You’ll develop skills that will help you grow within the Operations organization while increasing your contributions to the team.

On-the-job experience

You’ll begin contributing to an Operations team from day one, by owning key parts of the Operations process, ranging from client management to transaction processing to asset servicing. While driving your core responsibilities, you will be growing your product expertise and looking for ways to innovate within the space.

In addition to on-the-job experience, you will be part of a community of other analysts and will attend social events, interact with senior leaders, and learn new skills.

Training

You’ll begin with an orientation training that will provide an overview of the firm, our lines of business, and technical skills. Over the course of the program, you’ll have access to continuous training relating to both technical skills and professional development. Topics will cover how to best collaborate with internal clients, utilize design thinking techniques to improve our processes, leverage data to inform the way you work, and expand your knowledge of products throughout the firm.

Once you’ve successfully completed the program, there will be opportunity for advancement in our Operations organization based on your performance. You will be able to grow within your current role or progress into a related part of the organization to broaden your expertise.
