You should be able to ask pointed questions, demonstrate high client-care standards, and pay close attention to detail. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and who are open to challenges and new learning experiences.
You should have superior communication and multi-tasking skills, a strong understanding of industry fundamentals, and the ability to work well on a team.
This program provides you the opportunity to contribute to live deals and complete industry projects based on our clients. Your work may include researching a prospective client, developing cash flow models, conducting valuable market research, or helping to create a pitch book.
You will receive regular training throughout the summer on the fundamentals of banking and lending while developing the soft skills to work with clients. They will also have access to senior leaders for guidance and the chance to attend networking events.
This program prepares participants for a long-term career in Commercial & Specialized Industries. High performing interns who successfully complete the program may receive an offer of continued employment with the firm.
