Markets Seasonal Analyst Internship Program

Working on one of our dynamic teams, your day-to-day will vary based on your team and what’s going on in the markets. You will use your passion and critical thinking skills to solve real business problems, work on complex mathematical models and cutting-edge methodologies, and analyze data  to prepare innovative insights for clients.

You’ll also write reports, build updated financial models, and support multi-billion dollar transactions.

Key skills

You should have strong critical thinking and communication skills along with excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to be able to work independently and with our teams to produce accurate, detailed work under pressure. Experience with Java, C++, Python, or Matlab is a plus.

Our seasonal internship program runs from three to six months during your academic year, and is available in specific European locations.

You will learn about global market strategies and asset classes through ongoing education and hands-on experience.  Guided by industry leaders, you’ll work on trading projects and gain exposure to our best-in-class client franchises.

On-the-job experience

You will spend your time exploring the sophisticated financial solutions we deliver across asset classes. You’ll gain experience in proposing trade ideas, managing risk, and working with clients, all while being part of a “desk.” You’ll learn about the solutions and products we offer for clients to manage any market conditions.

Training

The program will begin with classroom training covering the technical and practical skills that will help you flourish.

Career Progression

Depending on performance, you may be offered the opportunity to join our traditional summer internship program or as a full time employee after university.
