Markets Analyst Program

Your day-to-day will vary based on your team and what’s going on in the markets. You will use your passion and critical thinking skills to solve real business problems, innovate new client offerings outside of our traditional products, work on complex mathematical models and cutting-edge methodologies, and analyze data to prepare innovative insights for clients.

You’ll also write reports, build updated financial models, and support multi-billion dollar transactions.

On-the-job experience

In Global Markets, Sales & Research, you’ll work to develop sophisticated mathematical models and cutting-edge methodologies. You’ll innovate new products and new ways to use technology to help the firm and our clients. You’ll help influence significant decisions about our businesses and investments by analyzing companies and markets. You’ll support large transactions and work directly with large institutional clients to make recommendations. 

Training

The program begins with six to seven weeks of training with your global colleagues.

The firm will support you in preparing for licensing exams and equip you with the technical skills needed for your job. You will also have the opportunity to hone your soft skills and build your global network through senior speaker series, events, and other activities. The firm also offers a robust continuing education program to help you grow, learn, and add new skills so you can take your career in any direction.
