You’ll work on highly strategic projects, including using marketing analytics to help define and manage our brands, conducting customer and market research, and driving customer acquisition and engagement across our lines of business.

Many of these projects involve collaborating with experts, allowing you to gain insight into how marketing plays a key role in driving the business to serve our clients and communities.

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and aptitude to digest large amounts of information and use it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail.

Over the course of 9 weeks, you’ll build foundational knowledge and professional skills within Marketing Analytics, Strategy and Execution, and Brand/Creative.

On-the-job experience

Your work may include using marketing analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collaborating with our partners to produce marketing and promotional materials, or assisting with customer and market research.

Training

We'll complement your work experience with training designed to improve your leadership, management, technical and professional skills. Additionally, you'll benefit from one-on-one coaching, and have access to networking events and our speaker series.

Career progression

High-performing interns who successfully complete the program may receive offers for our full-Time Marketing Leadership Development Program.
