Investment Banking Associate Program

In this nine-week program, you’ll join one of our Coverage (Industry), Advisory, or Capital Markets groups to work on developing and executing deals and transactions that are transforming the global markets. Our program is designed to prepare you to become a strategic advisor to our clients and teams.

Being client and solutions focused, collaborative, and executing work with integrity are a must.

On-the-job experience

You’ll get the opportunity to perform financial analyses, conduct in-depth research, prepare pitches, and support the origination and execution of transactions You’ll learn to become an expert in your group and to clients and internal partners.

Training

The program begins with a full week of in-depth classroom training, followed by group-specific training and practical implementation of learned skills in a real-world setting.

Career progression

Highly motivated interns may receive an offer of continued employment with the firm at the end of the program.
