Inside the program

Available in specific Asia Pacific or European locations, the seasonal internship program typically runs for three to six months during your academic year. The program offers opportunities to be involved in projects across that geography.

Valued qualities

We value diversity of thought, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We’re looking for those who have innovative ideas and entrepreneurial qualities, and who enjoy tackling new challenges and solving intellectual problems.

We’re looking for hard-working, resourceful, analytical thinkers who are ready to make a contribution from the beginning. If you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, then this is the role for you.

Key skills

We’re looking for excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. You should have strict attention to detail, be a quick learner, and enjoy working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for flexible, adaptable, analytical thinkers who bring a comprehensive knowledge of global markets and a strong interest in financial services. You should have excellent business writing, research, and quantitative skills. Being client and solutions-focused, collaborative, and executing work with integrity are musts.

On-the-job experience

You’ll have meaningful responsibility right from the start by participating in live transactions, attending morning meetings for market updates, participating in deal organization meetings, conducting research, performing financial valuations, and finalizing pitch models.

Training

To help you get started in a real-world setting, the program kicks off with classroom training covering the basics of investment banking and practical skills.

Career progression

Depending on program performance, you could be asked to join our traditional summer internship program or receive an offer of employment after university.
