Investment Banking Analyst Program

You’ll join one of our Advisory, Capital Markets, and Coverage (Industry), groups, developing meaningful solutions for clients or executing high-value transactions. You will attain the skills and experience to become a thoughtful, strategic advisor. You’ll learn the nature of client service and how we build long-term relationships by putting their needs first, while developing the technical acumen to continue a career in investment banking. You’ll also write reports, build updated financial models, and support multi-billion dollar transactions.

Advisory groups work with corporations and institutions in all industries and partners across the bank to advise on mergers, acquisitions, and solutions to problems with multifaceted, complex and unique features. Our advisory teams play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic goals.

Capital Markets groups serve clients holistically in partnership with the Industry Coverage and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) groups. The firm offers a wide range of global services, from origination and structuring to financing and syndication.

Our Coverage teams provide in-depth, industry-specific expertise and regional market acumen—this is how we serve the evolving needs of global clients across a broad range of sectors, including Consumer & Retail, Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Institutions, Financial Investors, Healthcare, Industrials, Media & Communications, Public Sector, Real Estate, and Technology.

Training

You'll spend weeks with our leaders and top consultants learning about our products, services and business practices through interactive learning tools, case studies and modeling sessions. We provide extensive pre-training coursework to build your financial and economic expertise.
