Experience the breadth of human resources strategies at one of the world’s largest financial services firms in this nine-week program. You’ll develop core skills that can be applied across the firm as you build a powerful network.

We’re looking for highly motivated, analytical, and passionate people who will challenge the way we do things and who aren’t intimidated to provide feedback so we can improve.

You should be flexible, adaptable, and enjoy working with people. We’re always looking for innovative ways to improve our processes and engage employees, so bring your best ideas.

Key skills

Those with strong project management, communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills will do well on our teams. You should be collaborative, open to new challenges, a natural problem-solver, and take ownership of your work.

On-the-job experience

You’ll work on projects in areas such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and more. Your tasks might include compiling data packages for senior leaders and collaborating on succession plans.

Training

The program begins with orientation, followed by on-the-job training. Over the course of the summer, you’ll also have access to networking, senior speakers, and continued professional development.

Career progression

High performing interns who successfully complete the program may receive full-time offers within the bank.
