Inside the program

Your goals, objectives, and responsibilities will depend on your role placement. However, you can expect a professional development experience that will help strengthen your skill set(s), broaden your network, and meaningfully explore your career area of interest. You’ll also learn how to navigate and thrive in a workplace environment, while applying your knowledge and skills to projects that create positive impact for our customers and clients.

By the end of the program, you will emerge feeling more confident and better prepared for the next step in your career journey.

Valued qualities

We’re committed to hiring diverse candidates from different backgrounds and experiences. No matter your background, we’re looking for those with a strong interest in financial services and an eagerness to grow and develop.

Key skills

Effective communication will be key as you ask questions or propose ideas to improve performance. By building a network, you will be able to leverage your resources in order to become an analytical and strategic thinker. Being a team player and someone who can solve problems will help you stand out and display leadership. Adaptability and a strong aptitude for learning technology will help you to execute in an efficient way.

Location and experience

Europe

Current university students can participate in this program that balances studies with part-time work throughout the school year.

North America

In the United States, this summer experience uniquely caters to undergraduates across all classifications, recent college graduates (≤ 3 years), and individuals trained through skills-based workforce development programs (e.g., apprenticeships and coding bootcamps).

Training

Regardless of your role placement, your experience will begin with an orientation-styled training, designed to help you quickly acclimate to our firm and culture. Throughout the program, you will engage and learn from senior leaders through a curated guest speaker series, develop through transferrable skills training, and participate in office hours with program management.

Career progression

Depending on the program and after successful completion of the program, you may be considered for full-time employment. You’ll also be able to explore other opportunities with teams across our lines of business and functions as you tap into our culture of continuous learning and career mobility.

Rising juniors and graduating seniors in the United States may be considered for additional early career programs following  the completion of their summer experience.
