Commercial Real Estate Program

During the summer, you will gain a unique perspective on the commercial real estate industry, while building client relationships. You’ll work with people across the team to hone your commercial real estate skills, laying a strong foundation for a successful career.

Valued qualities

We’re looking for well-rounded, self-motivated critical thinkers who have demonstrated an interest in real estate and have experience in finance,  accounting, real estate, economics, and/or public policy.

Key skills

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are important in this role. Coursework in real estate, finance, accounting, and/or economics is a plus. 

On-the-job experience

In one of three distinct commercial real estate lines of business, you will learn how large real estate projects are financed and what considerations go into financing  commercial real estate loans, while working alongside some of the best bankers in the business.  

Training

Following orientation, you will embark on an immersive learning experience, working closely with seasoned real estate industry professionals. This hands-on approach will provide comprehensive exposure to all facets of commercial real estate and provide opportunities to engage in collaborative projects, gain insights into market trends, and develop the skills necessary to excel in the dynamic world of commercial real estate.

Career progression

Our multi-week summer internship is designed to develop financial and analytical skills, as well as provide opportunities to network. At the conclusion of the program, high performing interns may receive offers of continued employment with the firm.
