Inside the program

During this nine-week program, you’ll contribute to innovative projects while gaining deep insight into the Consumer & Community Banking business. You’ll have the opportunity to support various strategic projects, like using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, driving product development, leading project management efforts, evaluating business strategies, or developing innovative solutions to key business cases.

We’re looking for leaders with highly developed critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills. Our leaders are results-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Adaptability is key since you’ll be working in different team environments with varying management styles.

You’ll need clear communication skills, the abilities to synthesize and present information, and craft clear messages for decision-makers.

On-the-job experience

Your work may include using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, driving product development through the lifecycle – testing, iterating, measuring and marketing new features; leading project management efforts for high visibility of our brands, evaluating and quantifying business strategies in line with regulatory controls, or developing innovative solutions to key business cases by collaborating across business, product areas, and functions.

Training

We’ll complement your work experience with training designed to improve your leadership, management, technical, and professional skills. Additionally, you’ll benefit from one-on-one coaching, and have access to networking events and a speaker series.

Career progression

High-performing interns who successfully complete the program may receive an offer of employment into our full-time rotational program.
