You’ll have the opportunity to support various strategic projects, like using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, driving product development, leading project management efforts, evaluating business strategies, or developing innovative solutions to key business cases.
You should have exceptional analytical, interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
During this nine-week program, you will support a business unit within Chase, such as Card Services, Consumer Banking, or Home Lending.
Your work may include using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, driving product development through the lifecycle – testing, iterating, measuring, and marketing new features; leading project management efforts for high visibility of our brands, evaluating and quantifying business strategies in line with regulatory controls, or developing innovative solutions to key business cases by collaborating across business, product areas, and functions.
We’ll complement your work experience with training designed to improve your leadership, management, technical, and professional skills. Additionally, you’ll benefit from one-on-one coaching, and have access to networking events and a speaker series.
High-performing interns who successfully complete the program may receive an offer of employment into our full-time rotational program.
