Inside the program

Over two-and-a-half years, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on product management experience through immersive training, real-world projects, and close mentorship.

The program begins by working with fellow analysts to design and pitch solutions to solve key business challenges. Then, participants rotate through two 12-month assignments, gaining exposure to different products, client segments, and product lifecycle stages.

Along the way, you will have the opportunity explore areas, like product strategy, data and analytics, change management, and business transformation. Whether drafting product requirements, analyzing client behavior, or supporting a feature launch, this program will provide the opportunity to influence the tools and platforms that drive global financial services.
