On-the-job experience

This year-long program will provide you with an in-depth introduction to our Asset Management business, while building your industry knowledge and professional network, enabling you to take the first step towards constructing a dynamic, long-term career with us.

Training

Program participants will be provided with training designed to familiarise them with our firm, products, services, and culture, as well as prepare them for the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) qualifying exam. This experience is devised to give trainees a platform to launch their careers—whether at the firm or elsewhere in the industry.
