Asia Analyst Development Program

While day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on your placement which can be within any division across front to back office, you’ll build skills around the program’s core disciplines, gain key professional competencies, and build experiences to take your career in different directions.

You’ll analyze and present key performance metrics for senior managers. Working with teams such as Operations, Digital, Investment Banking, Markets,Compliance, and Controls, you'll help to drive change by identifying ways we can improve and have ownership of initiatives through to completion. You'll develop an understanding of the key principles of project management, engage with business stakeholders, and work on compliance or regulatory initiatives across businesses.

Key skills

We’re looking for team players with strong leadership and interpersonal skills who are proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You’ll need excellent project management and problem-solving skills, plus an interest in operational effectiveness. You should be able to take large amounts of information, determine what’s important and use that to develop innovative solutions, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

In this two-year program, you'll have three, eight-month rotations across both revenue and non-revenue-generating divisions in our front, middle and/or back offices. Throughout the program, you build general management and operations experience and skills, giving you flexibility in your career direction.

On-the-job experience

Working on three teams in two years, you will develop an extensive network and support impactful projects that create value for our business. add value to the business functions and live projects. You will learn about our business operations and management through your rotations in areas like Controls, Compliance, Investment Banking, Markets, and Operations. These teams span lines of business and functions, giving you an overview of how our businesses collaborate while helping you develop the skills to take your career in many different directions.

Training

You’ll start with a multi-week training that provides an overview of the firm, our businesses, and the industry.  We also offer networking opportunities for you to begin meeting colleagues across the globe and opportunities to hear from senior leaders. You'll have access to our dedicated global program management team that coaches and supports analysts throughout the two-year program.
