At JPMorganChase, we believe that world-class products are built by world-class communities. This spirit was on full display at Prod Con 2025, our annual product management conference, where over 7,000 product, data, design and technology professionals gathered across 22 global locations to share ideas, celebrate progress and shape the future of product at the firm. Over 200 employees volunteered to make this event a reality, a testament to the excitement and investment towards product management.
What began three years ago as a grassroots effort to connect product professionals across the organization has grown into a vibrant, firmwide movement where our product community learns, leads and scales together.
Building community, driving impact
By breaking down silos and fostering collaboration, we’ve created a center of gravity for product excellence at JPMorganChase. The energy at Prod Con 2025 highlighted a unified, ever-curious product community, with every conversation and session reflecting the momentum we’ve built together.
As Jennifer Piepszak, Chief Operating Officer, shared, “We’re a human business, we’re a relationship business—but we’re also one of the biggest technology-enabled companies, and it’s important to bring these strengths together as we build and deliver exceptional products.”
This mindset is at the heart of our Product Operating Model, which empowers teams to deliver real value by putting client needs at the center of every decision.
Anish Bhimani, Chief Product Officer for Global Banking within the Commercial & Investment Bank emphasized, “The product operating model is about bringing together people from diverse backgrounds — product, technology, engineering, design and data — and aligning them to collaborate using a shared language to solve problems for customers. It’s about shifting from simply building things to truly solving problems. At its core, it’s about delivering more value to our customers and helping them achieve their goals.”
