Our team recently wrapped up 2024’s India-based Force for Good projects across Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, showcasing a range of solutions developed by our technologists for non-profits to further their social impact journey. As a key part of our Tech for Social Good program, Force for Good empowers JPMorganChase’s technologists and employee volunteers alike to use their skills to help socially focused organizations and make a difference.
For India-based Force for Good projects, JPMorganChase volunteers teamed up with over 30 socially focused organizations from all over the country. More than 300 of our passionate employees worked together for 5-8 months to create innovative technology and data solutions for our nonprofit participants. The solutions that we co-created with our social good partners have helped nonprofits run more efficiently, conserve valuable resources, become more transparent, and leverage data-driven decision-making.
In our 2024 Force for Good India cohort, JPMorganChase teams delivered the following solutions, among others, on both local and national levels:
- A framework that makes it easier for remote, rural households in India to access safe drinking water.
- A platform for a healthcare nonprofit that improves the availability of blood donations for Thalassemia patients and enhances organ donation processes.
- Enhanced screen-sharing accessibility in video conferencing platforms to better serve users who are visually impaired.
- Support for underprivileged children to have better access to sports coaching.
