WHO WE ARE

Suppliers

Building strong relationships is the cornerstone of our success. At JPMorgan Chase, we place particular value in our supplier partnerships. Thanks to the help of a diverse range of suppliers and advisors, we are able to serve our clients, shareholders, communities and employees more efficiently.

Supplier Diversity

JPMorgan Chase is dedicated to the development and utilization of qualified diverse businesses from historically underrepresented groups including companies owned and operated by minorities, women, military veterans, disabled veterans, service-disabled veterans, people with disabilities and members of the LGBT+ community.

For more than 25 years our commitment to diverse entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them has been unwavering. Since 2015 JPMorgan Chase has spent $11 billion with diverse suppliers. In 2020 alone our diverse supplier spend was over $2 billion.

JPMorgan Chase Global Supplier Diversity’s mission is to align our supply base with our consumer bases, and develop and engage with certified and qualified diverse businesses in the interest of promoting economic growth in our communities.

We have created a Supplier Diversity Network (SDN) through which certified diverse-owned businesses register with the firm. This network is the preferred resource used to select diverse suppliers to compete for contracting opportunities.

Businesses registered in the SDN are required to be diligent in maintaining current and accurate information in the system. This engagement ensures maximum consideration for appropriate opportunities.

Special events & Initiatives

The JPMorgan Chase Global Supplier Diversity team participates in and hosts customized ‘in person’ and digital events for diverse businesses; these include match-making events, trade shows and expos, information sessions on procurement strategies, networking receptions with buyers and prime suppliers, business management improvement seminars and workshops.
