Advancing Career Opportunities for Black Talent
Our goal is to increase access to well-paying career paths, support Black executives, and deepen our campus relationships with targeted HBCUs. Additionally, we are expanding our investment in student development programs for sourcing and hiring to equip students with the tools and skills they need to grow, advance and be ready for the future of work.
The Fellowship Program is a six-week pre-internship program designed to expose young Black talent to financial services and professional development with the goal of converting participants into a JPMC internship the following year.
Our Career Series shares tangible insights from employees to help students as well as young and experienced professionals navigate life after college and establish successful careers.
