Advancing Career Opportunities for Black Talent
We're focused on recruiting dynamic students; partnering with HBCUs to equip students with the tools and skills they need to grow, advance and be ready for the future of work; and supporting students’ financial health and education. We are working to increase Black representation in corporate America and better equip Black leaders and employees for the roles of the future through workforce development.
The Fellowship Program is a six-week paid, full-time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan Chase offices. The Fellowship Program is designed to attract undergraduate sophomores who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry.
Our Career Series shares tangible insights from employees to help students as well as young and experienced professionals navigate life after college and establish successful careers.
