You'll have the opportunity to analyze and present critical performance metrics to senior managers, providing valuable insights that drive strategic decisions. By collaborating with teams in Strategy, Product, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Controls, and other corporate functions, you'll play a pivotal role in driving change by identifying improvement opportunities and taking ownership of initiatives from inception to completion. You'll also develop a strong understanding of project management principles, engage with business stakeholders, and work on industry-leading products and services.

This two-year rotational program offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your management, analytical, and leadership skills. You'll have three, eight-month rotations within the program's core disciplines–analytics, project management, and process improvement–across our lines of business and corporate functions. This program is designed to help you develop general management and operations experience and skills, giving you flexibility in your career direction.

On-the-job experience

You’ll work on three teams in two years, developing an extensive network and supporting impactful projects that create value for our business. Enjoy unique experiences while learning about our business operations and management through your rotations in areas such as, but not limited to, Strategy, Product, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, and Controls. These teams span lines of business and functions, giving you an overview of how our businesses work together and helping you develop the skills to take your career in many different directions.

In Analytics, you’ll analyze and present key performance metrics and create and update critical reports for senior managers. In Project Management, you’ll work with various functions on projects critical to business needs. As part of Process Improvement, you’ll look for ways to enhance our products and services by assessing risks, costs, and benefits of different alternatives.

Training

This two-year journey helps you develop essential technical skills and professional competencies. The program offers interactive classroom training led by industry experts, along with regular informative sessions featuring insights from leaders. You'll have access to self-paced curated learning plans and peer-to-peer leadership opportunities.
