Inside the Program

During the first phase of the program, you’ll participate in immersive job shadowing experiences, assist in business development and prospecting new clients, and conduct product, market, and client research.

During the second phase of the program, you’ll focus on portfolio management — acquiring, managing, and retaining a portfolio of business clients for your assigned branches.

As a Business Relationship Manager Trainee, you can explore your potential through hands-on experience in a professional environment. In this program, you will have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge related to financial acumen, Chase and Business Banking culture, relationship management, and professional skills through a variety of educational and experiential activities.

On-the-job experience

You'll have the opportunity to participate in meaningful and relevant work, including conducting in-person calls with prospects and existing clients at their places of business, identifying and pursuing potential new business clients, and building collaborative relationships with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists who can help meet their financial needs.

Training

Over the course of the program, you’ll have access to professional and leadership development training, networking, business deep dives, and one-on-one mentorship.

Career Progression

After successfully completing the full-time program, highly motivated Analysts may have the opportunity to move into a Business Relationship Manager role.
