J.P. Morgan 2018 Retail Outlook: Holiday Sales on the Rise

Growing, growing and still not gone

As 2018 winds down and the temperatures get colder, holiday shopping season is just starting to heat up.

And even though way we shop has fundamentally changed—you may be more likely to hit refresh on your device than to trek to a store-- the fact remains that we are still shopping. And according to the J.P. Morgan Research team, holiday sales are on the rise for a second consecutive year.

The team estimates a 3% bump in 2018 holiday sales.
