Chi Mac is the Research Lead on the Small Business team at the JPMorgan Chase Institute. Prior to joining the Institute, she was a Senior Economist in the Economic Policy Division of the Office of Management and Budget, where her portfolio included federal credit programs and the long-run budget outlook. She was previously an economic consultant in litigation involving corporate finance and securities.
Chi earned a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College and a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University.
