Erica Deadman is the Research Lead for Consumer Research at the JPMorgan Chase Institute. She combines a passion for social science with a decade of experience in the consumer finance industry, where she worked as a Statistician and Data Scientist. In prior roles, Erica specialized in the application of predictive modeling techniques to complex, large-scale data. She also shaped requirements and practices around the implementation of machine learning techniques at a major financial institution, working as a thought leader on model governance.
Erica holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and Sociology, both from the University of Wisconsin.
