Supporting Community Development
We work to advance equity and inclusion for the LGBT+ community globally through philanthropic engagements, public stances and actions on relevant policy issues, and local community support.
Our Public Stance
Examples of our public statements supporting LGBT+ rights across the globe.

“JPMorgan Chase is proud to work closely with LGBT+ clients, customers and community members around the world, from Warsaw to Hong Kong to Buenos Aires to New York. Equally important, we are proud of our employees for championing a culture that celebrates LGBT+ people and inspires communities around the world to advance inclusion and equality.”

Force for Good
Force for Good, part of our Tech for Social Good program, connects employee volunteers with hundreds of nonprofits around the world to build sustainable tech solutions to advance their missions.
Several projects have helped LGBT+ nonprofits, including:
Humsafar Trust
The Mumbai team built a digital jobs portal that automates processes and streamlines operations for Humsafar Trust, an LGBT+ rights nonprofit that provides the community with counseling, advocacy and health care.
Just Like Us
The London team made the school referral process more seamless and time efficient for Just Like Us, a nonprofit dedicated to making UK schools more inclusive places where LGBT+ young people can thrive.
Lambda Legal
The Jersey City team provided a suite of tech support to Lambda Legal, which works to achieve full recognition of the civil rights of the LGBT+ community and those living with HIV through impact litigation, education and public policy work.
ORAM (Organization for Refuge, Asylum and Migration)
The Scotland team assisted ORAM, which protects and empowers LGBTIQ asylum seekers and refugees globally, in mapping and redesigning its website to streamline its channel of resources and information.
