Shattering the glass ceiling starts on the trading floor.

Trading is no longer exclusively a boys’ club—the times are changing and efforts to advance and empower women are coming to a fever pitch. With the support of company-wide initiatives like Women on the Move, women are taking on historically male-dominated roles and redefining the industry in the process.
“It’s never been a better time to be a woman in the markets industry,” said Claudia Jury, Global Co-Head of Currencies and Emerging Markets Trading. “The men in this industry are serious about leveling the playing field.”
