View/Purchase This Year's Selections – Help a Child Learn to Read

JPMorgan is pleased to present its 2008 Summer Reading List. Books on this year's list explore the history of Havana, navigate today's global markets, and take readers behind the Tabasco empire of one of Louisiana's oldest families and on a courageous life journey with a young man who regains his sight.

A committee of JPMorgan advisors from around the world reviewed over 450 works of non-fiction to determine this year’s list. The final 10 books were selected based on the quality of the content, the timeliness of the appeal and the expertise of the authors.

Thanks to a special partnership with Barnes & Noble.com, books purchased through our Summer Reading site will generate commissions, which JPMorgan will donate to Room to Read, a non-profit organization dedicated to making education and books available to more than 120 million children worldwide who are not currently enrolled in schools. The non-profit joins with local communities throughout the developing world to establish schools, libraries, and other educational infrastructure.
