Mr. Gray has been Chairman of Amani Group (consulting and advisory) since August 2004. Mr. Gray was President and Chief Executive Officer of The College Fund/UNCF (educational assistance) from 1991 until he retired in March 2004. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1979 to 1991. Mr. Gray earned a B.A. degree from Franklin & Marshall College and received a master’s degree in divinity from Drew Theological Seminary and a master’s degree in church history from Princeton Theological Seminary. Mr. Gray is also a director of Dell Computer Corporation, Pfizer Inc., Prudential Financial, Inc. and Visteon Corporation.
