Providing Green Affordable Housing: Seattle

In Southeast Seattle, we helped finance the $18.3 million development of Tamarack Place, providing low-income families with affordable new places to call home. As part of the new mixed-income Rainier Vista community, its location near the regional light rail system and its many green features, including water-conserving bath fixtures, energy-efficient appliances, and vegetated roof coverings, will help residents lower their monthly living costs.
