The Griswold Lofts

(1212 Griswold Street):
$15.2 million in debt and equity used to finance the rehabilitation of one of Detroit’s oldest skyscrapers; once complete, the Lofts will be the new home of the Archdiocese of Detroit and 56 units of mixed-income apartments.

Community Health and Social Services Center

(5635 West Fort Street):
$4.9 million in financing to help fund the construction of a new Community Health and Social Services Center in southwest Detroit; the 48,000-square-foot medical facility, which opened in 2012, serves 28,000 patients a year – 17,000 more than in the former facility.

University Prep Science & Math Elementary School

(2251 Antietam Avenue):
$3.8 million in financing to renovate the historic Sidney D. Miller High School on Detroit’s east side; the 450-student, tuition-free University Prep Science & Math Elementary is the new home to internationally acclaimed Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit.

(1903 Wilkins Street):
$3.1 million in financing to help construct a new facility for the Detroit Edison Public School Academy.

The Auburn

(4240 Cass Avenue):
$2.4 million investment and leverage of another $6 million in financing for the construction of The Auburn; the mixed-use development includes 50 market-rate and affordable rental apartments and 9,000 square feet of retail space.
